$18 Million in Sales
The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, a private Southern Arizona community nestled high in the Sonoran Desert, announced a total of nine property sales to date in 2015 totaling $18 million, its highest volume in a biannual sales period.
Home prices this year have ranged from $1 million to $3.4 million and there are six homes under construction and three that will commence later this year.
The strong sales and construction activity follows the announcement of The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain receiving a coveted Five-Star rating from Forbes Travel Guide in February 2015. Properties are evaluated anonymously against up to 800 rigorous and objective standards and there are only 115 five-star hotels worldwide and just two in Arizona.
