Statistics prove that Catalina Foothills has the 6th highest per capita income in Arizona, and the 14th highest per capita income in the U.S. of communities with a population of at least 50,000. Located at the foot of the Santa Catalina Mountains, this area offers tons of upscale shopping plazas and malls, world-class resorts and golf courses, as well as expensive residential neighborhoods. Marana is a town located northwest of Tucson with a population of 34,961 according to the 2010 census.
