Development Planned in Tucson
Scottsdale-based Greenbrier Southwest Corporation, Cottonwood Properties of Tucson and Ritz-Carlton said Thursday they will develop the 850-acre Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain in northwest Tucson.
The $500 Million development includes a 250-room resort hotel and spa, 36-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and The Residences, a Ritz-Carlton branded residential community.
